2a,17a etiocholan is a product that is essentially a steroid. 5a androst is effectively a testosterone booster, do not use for weight loss or to shed fat. iForce Nutrition makes a product titled "2a,17a Methadrol" which is a man-made compound found in dozens of other similar products. 2a,17a di methyl etiocholan 3-one, 17b-ol is the compound in these products. I will not be lecturing you about why you should or should not take steroids, or why you should or should not take products that are chemically and structurally equal to steroids. I have read online that the FDA is telling these designer chemists to stop manufacturing and distributing such products. The term "etiocholan" is somewhat archaic, 5a-androst is the more common term. Etiocholan is interchangeable with 5a-androst, so when you are reading the chemical constituents make sure you are aware that these two are the same thing.

Methy etiocholan, for short, is a very powerful muscle gainer that is sold by several companies. I have been on iForce Nutrition's methyl etiocholan product for two weeks now and I have gained ten solid, muscular pounds. Definitely a good sign. It is recommend that you take one capsule twice per day, for about three weeks before cycling off. I have read testimonials saying that users have gained up to 18 pounds in those three weeks, and lost very little of that gained weight once they cycled off. Post cycle therapy is a must after using 2a 17a etiocholan testosterone boosting products; I suggest Inhibit-E, tribulus terrestris and always take your milk thistle to support your liver functioning. These methyl etiocholans are very rough on the liver, so DO NOT drink more than a couple of drinks at any point. No drinking is the best option because it will keep your liver healthy during this cycle.

However, these products are VERY powerful and potentially dangerous if not used properly. Anything that works so well at helping you gain weight, is always a product that potential for serious side affects. Nobody under 21 should ever use a methyl etiocholan product because it can cause many adverse affects on a human body which has not finished puberty. Super-Anadrol is essentially the product which yields the same great results but with the same side effects as one would expect from a steroid that is quite androgenic; such as pimples, slight hairloss and some testicular shrinkage. Under NO circumstances should methyl etiocholans be used by anyone under around 21. It could seriously affect your endocrine system and potentially fuse your growth plates prematurely. Which could result in you not growing any taller, thus leaving you with a 17 year old's bone structure permanently.

Post Cycle Therapy Inhibit-E

Inhibit-E is an anti-estrogen/testosterone booster manufactured by Serious Nutrition Solutions. It is designed to optimize natural testosterone levels, and decrease levels of estrogen. Inhibit-E used by itself may not actually do very much. These are not testosterone pills. I have ONLY used it as part of post cycle therapy (PCT).

I have used inhibit-E several times in my life, and have always been happy with the results. Logically, PCT should prevent estrogen levels from increasing, and should maintain current testosterone levels. This is very important after using any kind of testosterone booster/steroid/pro-hormone complex during weight training. Also, milk thistle is important to take while using these kind of supplements because of the work your liver does to break down these chemicals.

Inhibit-E has done a very good job for me. I have taken many supplements which boost testosterone, as well as pro-hormonal complexes. I have never had any gyno, which I would like to believe the inhibit-E is responsible for. I have done cycles which gained me 20+ pounds, but I would lose more than half this weight because I was unaware of PCT. I took TwinLabs testosterone pills "Andro Fuel" (androstenedione and yohimbe bark extract), gained weight, got HUGE, got much stronger. I lost almost every bit of what I gained because I did NOT use inhibit-E, or any kind of post cycle therapy at all.

I have heard of many different kinds of supplements used for post cycle therapy, but inhibit-E has always done a good job of keeping my gains. I lost little of the gained weight, the strength decreased only minimally if anything, and I have yet to have acne problems, mood swings, or other adverse side effects due to hormonal imbalance. It is an excellent product. Dosage does need to be tapered so that you start out taking 2-3 pills a day for a week, then second week just 2, and by the third week you only take one pill a day.

Legal Limit Labs testosterone pills

5-deca-zol is a man-made testosterone pill designed to increase muscle mass, testosterone, and strength. It can be taken once or twice a day, depending on what your goals are. A couple of my friends and I got on it around the same time, but did different dosages. 5DZ will require at least three weeks of post cycle therapy.

I elected to take the sub lingual pill twice a day during my training for about a month and a half. We can call it six weeks to make things easier. Mine were fruit punch flavored. You are supposed to bite them into small pieces, then slide the fragments under your tongue for absorption. Do not just swallow the pill. Bottle label is pretty clear about that. I suggest you do NOT brush your teeth right before taking your 5DZ. I took mine usually 30 minutes after breakfast (8:45), and the second pill around 3:30 after a light snack.

I weighed roughly 174 when I took Legal Limit Labs' 5-deca-zol, and came off at around 193. Keep in mind that I am a hard gainer with rather 'skinny genes'. I absolutely got stronger and gained weight while taking this testosterone pill.

Most of the time I was lifting heavy weight doing four or fives different exercises per muscle group. I did chest exercises 5 sets with reps of 5 attempting to add as much mass as possible. My leg exercises are not a useful barometer because I have knee and ankle problems. I cannot lift legs with heavy weights and NOT have sore knees. Since I play basketball a few days a week, I elected to do 4-6 exercises, 4 sets of 8-12 reps on legs. Arms were mostly heavy weight, 3-5 exercises, 4-5 sets with 8-10 reps. Same for shoulders.

Both of my friends whom took it had positive results, gained weight, and added strength. Of the three of us, none saw visual results, no dramatic change in appearance. This product built stronger muscle than I would have without it. Gaining weight and strength without gaining much mass indicates that it is an effective supplement.

I did not experience any side effects; no acne, no weird muscle cramping, no loss of sleep. My first friend also experienced no negative side effects. Second friend, however, did develop some very minor acne on his arms. This may be a result of the 5DZ, but the acne would likely not have developed if he did not shave his arms. He has taken other testosterone pills before without acne side effects. Overall, side effects amongst three males ages 23-25 were very minimal if at all present.

Once I went off 5DZ, I lost a few pounds right away, even with post cycle therapy. I am currently 188 and have been on PCT for about 11 days. I imagine I wont drop under 183. So, I gained about 18 pounds, maybe 8 of which will come off naturally during post cycle therapy.

After using 5-deca-zol, it is very important to take some kind of post cycle therapy. While 5DZ is NOT a steroid, it does increase testosterone, so proper anti-estrogen supplementation after use is necessary. I suggest Inhibit-E. Also, be sure to take your milk thistle extract because these types of man-made chemical supplements are real work for your liver to break down.

All in all, I will definitely take use this supplement again. It was effective, I gained strength and weight without adverse side effects of any kind.
